Hey All!
So last week I worked out two days, felt great, and stopped. However, I didn't eat any meat last week (unless you count fish) and when I weighed in this morning I'd lost 1.2 pounds!! I guess it was the food I ate last week plus ripping and running I did on Saturday that counted for something. When I weighed last week Monday and again on Thursday afternoon I'd gained 3 pounds in those 3 days. When I weighed this Monday I'd lost 4 pounds since Thursday, but 1.2 over the week...so I'm happy. I tried to eat meat today and felt sick so I'm cutting it out again this week...or maybe incorporating it in one or two day. This week is going to be a challenge with working out because I have A LOT going on after work and don't know when I can fit in a class or workout of some sort. It may be a lost cause...
Now, I went to the store and bought a bag of potato chips and a box of little Debbie's. I've been craving both but maybe since they are in the house I won't crave them...or eat them. We'll see. I'll keep you all posted! =)

Hilarious! A box of little Debbies and chips! What are you doing?! I do admit I had a chocolate craving since I haven't had any candy or STARBUCKS (woman) in forever, so I broke down today and had a Take Five...my fav candy! But I'll probably make myself drink juice for dinner so maybe that will balance it out! LOL.
ReplyDeleteThe key to not eating it is not having it around!!!!! Another tip, although i don't always adhere to it myself, is to set one day a week, same time of day, to weigh yourself and only get on the scale that day. I'm trying to get back on that program.
