So I'm excited to report (meant to last night) that we're back on track. Last night I admit, did not do P90X, but ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill in our complex's gym and played a little basketball with my man for another 30 minutes. After cardio, I came home and did some ab workouts and arms (push ups, dips, etc). It felt great to finally be in a routine again (even if for a few days). Hope to stay on track for now. I keep looing at those pics I posted for motivation and boy do they motivate me!!! We're still eating healthy which I guess helps balance it out when we slack. Juiced a whole pitcher worth of fruits and veggies again last night. Anyway, I'll report again tomorrow! :) Good luck girls...don't lose sight!!!
