UGH!!

Alright...sooooo last week I didn't work out at ALL. I was suppose to go with ATM on Saturday morning but due to my daddy coming up (and me prepping for Father's Day) I wasn't able to make it...and that was going to be my only day of working out. This week it won't be any better. I have things to do after work EVERY DAY and can't make it to the gym or the park but I'm going to try and make it early Saturday morning. We weighed in at work, our weekly weigh in, and I've gained 1.2 pounds (what is up with me and 1.2 pounds...seriously!?!?)! That sucks because now I have broken my 9 week streak of not gaining a pound or more so I'm going to have to do something as an alternative to working out. I've decided to go back to no meat for the week, or however long I need it to last, and see what happens. The little debbies...I'm down to two! Ha! I'm not going to say how many I ate yesterday, but I'm down to two and hope to have those out the house by tomorrow (hint of what's to come tonight! LOL!)!

Next week will be a bust my @$$ week, starting Sunday!!!!
