So last week I got on the scale and almost had a heart attack, plus my pants reallllllly aren't fitting right. So I decided I had to get serious. I got back on track with my working out, I worked out 4 days last week and I signed up to start working out with the trainer. It's a HUGE financial commitment for the next year, but I know I need to get serious and get my butt in the gym and do what I need to do. They did my body fat and that was the worst it's ever been, which is not a good thing. I've also decided that starting this week I am going to get serious about my diet and start using my Weight Watchers membership. So the journey begins....I will check in and let you guys know how my progress is going.
Mel, I need to take pre pics like you. But I don't know if there is anyone that I even want to take the pics. It's so embarrassing and I'm so disappointed in myself. But it's cool, I'm doing what I need to do to make a change.
