Workin it!

Well last week really was good I continued my running on the weekend @ the park both Saturday & Sunday mornings and I've been getting up @ 5:00 am to do my Daily Dozen Workout Video w/Denise Austin - which is a very good workout for on the go. I haven't walked much during the workday, I guess I was too busy, it was hot and the whole PMS thing. The heat has definitely cut out my after work walks to the parking deck I'll start that up when it gets cooler. The only true downside is I think I had something sweet every single day! Imagine what progress I would have made if I didn't. Oh well I'll try harder this week. I ran yesterday & today check out mini me! I am also trying to cut the red meat out of my diet. I did well during the week, not this weekend though. I hope everyone is doing well and let's try to make this the best workout week ! :-)

  1. Good job lady!! PMS is a killer for some of us (me included) when it comes to eating...just ask the little debbie snack cakes and bag of chips I bought today! Ha!

    Keep it up and it'll pay off! A little bit of sweets here and there won't kill you, just keep burning it off!
