I lost weight again!!
It's only 1.2 pounds but I'm happy!! I don't know how I did it because I have not worked out in TWO WEEKS!! I think it was due to me being sick last week and not having an appetite. I'm going to have to get back on it this week though...I want to lose at least 15 pds. before July 1st!

Woman...YOU CAN SOOOO do it too! Stay motivated...always keep in mind it takes time and you must put in the effort to see results! I'm rooting for you!!! =)
