The title is for both, blogging and working out! Hey Ladies!! This week I've done pretty good w/ my workouts. I went to the park on Monday and ran/jogged/walked 3 miles (I was hurting Monday night...LOL) and Tuesday I did Cardio Funk at the gym and walked a mile. I was feeling pretty good by Wednesday! I haven't worked out since then but plan to once more before the weekend is over.
Also, this week has been my no meat week! I've done GREAT with that and I'm really surprised. The only "meat" that I've had has been fish (tilapia, catfish, salmon, etc.). I do not feel any different but I'm keeping it up until Monday. I may incorporate some chicken in my diet next week but it won't be everyday.
I only lost .2 pound since last week, which is still better than nothing, so I'm not complaining :)
