Hello Ladies,
I'm new to blogging so I hope I'm doing this right. This past week (May 10 - May 16) I worked out 4 days...woohoo!! That's the most I've worked out in A VERY LONG TIME! I'm very proud of myself and hope I can keep it up. I like to work out with others because it motivates me to get up and go! If I am depending on myself to workout...it probably won't happen or happen too often. So I hope I can depend on you all to motivate me and even workout with me (local Ladies of course) if you all are free. If I cannot keep up a four day workout week I will strive for at least 3! My 1st goal is to drop 20 pounds by July 1st! Let's see what happens...
